About the Role
Primary Care Plus and Evansville Regional Vein Center are seeking a positive, energetic, and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our growing team. This is a part-time, in-person position (3 days per week) — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment and enjoys working with patients.
Position Details
- Job Type: Part-Time (3 days/week)
- Pay Range: $19.00–$21.00 per hour
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts
- Specialty: Primary Care and Vein Treatment
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and care
- Answer phone calls and assist with scheduling and patient inquiries
- Check patients out and collect payments at time of service
- Manage and update patient records
- Assist with general office tasks and maintain a clean, organized front desk
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the practice in a positive manner
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- At least 1 year of medical office experience (Required)
- Proficiency with computers and electronic systems (Required)
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
- Dependability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting
