We are so excited to welcome you to Primary Care Plus +!

Here at Primary Care Plus, our name and practice are new, but we are a long-established group of medical professionals with years of background in primary care.  Dr. Clovis Manley has practiced in the Evansville / Newburgh area since completing his family practice residency at Deaconess Hospital in 1990.  Kathalene “Katie” Keller NP-C had 12 years of experience in the emergency department before becoming a nurse practitioner 5 years ago and switching her focus to family practice.

As a primary practice, we make it our focus to provide top notch quality care promptly!  Avoid long waits at the urgent or ER because same day appointments are generally available especially if you are feeling ill or under the weather, have a minor injury or laceration needing sutures! We also have supplies for intravenous hydration and medications to treat more complicated illnesses such as pneumonia and skin infections to avoid higher cost hospitalizations.

Primary Care Plus + goals are to promote optimum health with a focus on preventative healthcare.  Our providers are dedicated to your overall health and are actively searching for and accepting new patients 18 and older and adolescents when other family members join our practice.  We currently accept most commercial insurances and Medicare.  If you or someone you know needs a primary provider, please call (812) 490-0475 and schedule an appointment or go to the link provided to fill out the new patient packet.

We look forward to seeing you soon!

To your good health.
