COVID-19

To our patients and their families. Please read both parts of this message.

Primary Care Plus patients:

We will continue to see patients during the COVID-19 pandemic as long as it is allowed by current guidelines, and safe for our patents and staff.

Please be advised of the following:

  1. If you have a sore throat, cough, fever, or shortness of breath call ahead and advise us of this. We will give you advice over the phone as to whether you can stay home or if you should come to the office. If we tell you to come to the office, call us from the parking lot and we will have a nurse meet you at your car to give you a mask and guide you directly to an examination room so you will not have to wait in the waiting room.
  2. We will have COVID-19 tests starting Wednesday, March 18th for patients who we think need them.
  3. We will have hand sanitizer at the front desk, please use it.
  4. We have soap and water as well as hand sanitizer in each room for your use.
  5. Contact areas will be wiped down and sanitized frequently.
  6. Keep in mind that there are many other illnesses out there, including the flu. We have IV hydration and IV antibiotics as well as other treatment for our patients.
